This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally identifiable information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
Section 1:  What personal information do YOURBLOGGERDIARY collect from the people that visit our blog?
When commenting on our blog posts, you  may be asked to give yourname or your email address. And if you oblige and give your name while commenting on a blogpost, it may be stored on our blog. However, YOURBLOGGERDIARY do not use your information for any other purpose other hand identifying who commented on our blogpost. You may choose however to comment anonymously, or delete your name anytime.
YOURBLOGGERDIARY is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your choosing to reveal your identity, to wit: name or sobriquet and address or any other personal information.

If your intend to subscribe to our newsletters, YOURBLOGGERDIARY may request your email. YOURBLOGGERDIARY will send you news updates to your email daily if you are subscribed to the newsletter. We do not use your email for any other purpose. Do not give your name (first name or last name) while subscribing, neither should you give any other personal information other than your email. YOURBLOGGERDIARY does not need them.
Section 2:  How do we protect visitors' information?
YOURBLOGGERDIARY do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. YOURBLOGGERDIARY only provide articles and information, and will never ask for personal or private information like names or credit card numbers.
YOURBLOGGERDIARY use regular Malware Scanning provided by google webmaster toolsYOURBLOGGERDIARY do not however personally use an SSL certificate and currently do not publish through the "https".
Section 3:  Do we use 'cookies'?
YOURBLOGGERDIARY do use cookies for tracking purposes. We are subscribed to Stat Counter and use Google Analytics and other third party cookies provided by Blogger to keep track of our visitors. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You can do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser's “Help” menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If you disable cookies off, some features may be disabled which may make your site experience less efficient and some of our services may not function properly. However, you can still read our blogposts.
Section 4: Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include our website hosting partner; Blogger and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. 
We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety. 
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, YOURBLOGGERDIARY may include or offer third-party products or services on our blog. Nonetheless, YOURBLOGGERDIARY seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
5.1     Google

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.
Also, Google has a platform called Analytics which uses cookies to analyze certain information about the visitors to YOURBLOGGERDIARY. This product is ordinarily for marketing purposes, and you choose to disable it.
YOURBLOGGERDIARY have implemented and may implement the following:

Section 6:  California Online Privacy Protection Act (hereinafter “CalOPPA”)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the United States to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Consistent with the provisions of CalOPPA, our users can visit YOURBLOGGERDIARY anonymously.
Section 7:  How does YOURBLOGGERDIARY site handle do not track signals?
We honor "do not track signals" and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Section 10: Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices YOURBLOGGERDIARY will notify our users via in-site notification within 7 business days should a data breach occur upon becoming aware of such breach.

YOURBLOGGERDIARY collect email addresses and send emails to our esteemed users who have subscribed to our newsletter. You reserve the right to discontinue receiving our newsletters if you had earlier subscribed by simply following the "unsubscribe" link contained in the email sent to you.

YOURBLOGGERDIARY reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. The liability of YOURBLOGGERDIARY is to the extent set out in this Privacy Policy.
